Blooming Life Guidance and Book

The Client referred within the Terms of Service is the individual who schedules and pays for any services of Blooming Life Guidance and Books and/or who reads, listens, or watches any media or publications found on the website or linked from the website and created by Blooming Life Guidance and Books or Senta Rose.

Senta Rose (she/her) is the owner of Blooming Life Guidance and Books, and the official mailing address of legal mail is 2222 W. Grand River Ave, Suite A, Okemos, MI 48864. The email for correspondence is bloominglifeguide@gmail.com. The Client is not to send personal correspondence, payment, or packages to the business address. All payments are made via Stripe. Senta Rose NEVER approaches someone in a comment on social media offering readings with payments to another payer source.

Blooming Life Guidance and Books and Senta Rose does not discriminate against any race, ethnicity, color, sex, disability, political affiliation, sexual preference, marital status, parental status, social class, gender identity or religious belief.

Services are in English. Clients may bring to sessions their own interpreter if needed. Interpreters are expected to follow these terms of service.

The Client and Senta Rose agrees to participate in sessions sober (not under the effects of legal or illegal substances). If Client is not sober, the appointment will be cancelled, and a late cancellation fee charged. Senta Rose does not use intoxicating substances.

All sessions are offered by video, or phone. Clients are not to come to the home or place of business of Senta Rose as no in-person sessions are offered. Sessions cannot be recorded. Client can take notes. Senta does not keep notes of your sessions.

Senta Rose does not have cellular service where she lives and is reliant on internet for even text messages. If there is an internet outage in her area, she has no way to reach Clients to reschedule until the internet is working. Please be patient to hear from her if she misses an appointment.

Spiritual Counseling Definition: Spiritual Counseling involves providing thought-provoking inspiration to increase self-awareness, personal mastery and sense of wellbeing. It is psychoeducational and intuitive and can involve exploring the Client’s connection to a higher power (whom some might refer to as God) as well as the Client’s inner world, their subconscious inner parts. Spiritual Counseling does not involve the diagnosis, treatment of medical, or mental illness. Some coaching clients may elect to not have intuitive or spiritual content.

Spiritual Counseling or Coaching topics that might be covered include but are not limited to recovery from past trauma, current or past toxic workplaces, stress management, writer’s block (any creative block), goal setting, inner parts work, improving interpersonal relationships, overcoming self-defeating behaviors or other topics that help the client build a blooming, thriving life. Inner parts work is a favorite technique and Senta Rose has studied inner parts work since 2018.

Spiritual Counseling can involve psychic information if that is what the Client would like. This can involve energy healing of chakras, grounding and aura. The Client can opt not to have any psychic content to the sessions. For clarity regarding this content, if requested., Senta Rose is clairvoyant, clairsentient and clairaudient. She can channel messages from angels and other spiritual guides. If someone from a Client's past or ancestor in the spirit realm as messages for the client, their messages must be angel approved. Senta Rose does not offer specifically medium services. Spiritual psychic services are for the Client only and Senta will not do a reading for a different person. Energy healing is offered. Senta Rose can see auras and chakras and other aspects of someone's spiritual energy and can do healing. This healing is always gentle and rarely is it complete. Healing is a process that is not completed in one session.

Senta Rose does not predict the future and is not a fortune teller. Psychic information is for self improvement and insight. It is not meant to state when something will happen or specifically state what events will occur in the clients life. It is meant to help the Client understand their current circumstances for their self improvement. The client is responsible for the choices that they make in life, including having the responsibility to make their own choice. There is no medical, psychological financial, real-estate or other professional prescriptions, diagnosis or treatment offered.

Senta Rose does not have romantic or other relationships with Spiritual Guidance Clients and will not work with Clients who pursue a relationship or intimacies, or are hostile, threatening or violate the terms of service.

The Client is solely responsible for their own mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and financial well-being. Any decision the Client makes inspired by Senta Rose and Blooming Life Guidance and Books is solely the responsibility of the Client.

Senta Rose is not available between sessions via phone or text. The Client agrees to utilize community resources for any crisis they may experience. Crisis services are not available. All appointments are scheduled at least three days in advance. Blooming Life Guidance and Books and Senta Rose is not required to make additional appointment times available if the schedule is full or inconvenient to the Client.

Senta Rose is a mandatory USA child and vulnerable adult Protective Services reporter and is required by USA State and Federal Laws to report information about murder. Senta Rose must also follow the “Duty to Warn” requirements. This means if a person is being threatened by a Client, she must inform that person or if unable to do so, local legal authorities. She will also report suspected suicidal behavior, threats to schools or possible terrorist acts to authorities. Senta Rose and Blooming Life Guidance and Books will obey any legal subpoenas. However, as noted previously, no records of sessions are maintained beyond notations that sessions were purchased and attended.

The Client can stop receiving services by not scheduling additional sessions. Senta Rose can refuse services to anyone without explanation. Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction with services.

The Spiritual Counseling sessions are client centered. The Client decides how often to schedule, what goals they want to work on, and what will be addressed in each session. Blooming Life Guidance and Books believes that everyone has answers to their situations inside to be uncovered and that the positive relationship and deep listening of inner parts work is where the best wisdom is found. Any advice offered are suggestions and the Client is responsible for choices made in their lives.

Fees:

Current fees are listed on the website where appointments are scheduled. They are subject to change. None of these sessions can be billed to insurance.

The following currencies are accepted for services: USD, AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, JPY, NZD, SGD, and SEK. Your payments are processed with Stripe.

Late cancellation fee: $53 USD is applied if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24-hour notice. (Some exceptions can be made. Please make those arrangements in advance if you work a job that mandates overtime without notice.) If the client cancels more than 24 hours in advance, the unused session remains available on the client account for rescheduling.

No show fee: $53 USD. You will receive a refund for the session minus this fee.

Late arrival: If the Client arrives 10 minutes or more after the start of the scheduled session the session is considered a “no show” and $53 USD is charged, and the session is cancelled. If the Client arrives late but within the first 9 minutes, the session will end at the scheduled time and no refund for unused session time is given.

Refunds:

There are no refunds for dissatisfaction with services or if the Client is unable to listen to the recording of the Emailed Recorded sessions. However, the link can be sent again if requested. The recording can be listened to without downloading the Zoom App. They will be deleted automatically when the storage space becomes limited. Usually this is 1-3 months from when recorded but this varies. It will always be available at least two weeks from when recorded.

If there are technical issues and a live session is shortened as a result, the Client will receive a prorated refund based upon what was paid for the session.

If Senta Rose is late for the session, the Client will be offered to have the session run over the scheduled time if that time is available, or a prorated refund can be requested.

In the event Senta Rose is unable to attend the scheduled session, alternative time and date for a make-up session may be offered, or the client may request a refund.

If the Client wishes to end the session in the first ten minutes because of incompatibility with Senta Rose, the Client will receive a refund minus $53 USD for late cancellation however this refund must be requested.

Client names are added to the mailing list for Blooming Life Guidance and Books. Clients only receive mailings about business Senta Rose is directly involved with and does not sell the list. Client can unsubscribe. The mailing list is NEVER sold and is only used related to work that Senta Rose is personally involved with.
